Select & Build was formed by myself (Damian) and Harold to enable us to identify and acquire quality property investment and development opportunities for ourselves. We subsequently realised that it would be great to share our experience to help others and decided to launch our Portfolio building service to provide support for investors looking to find their next UK property investment. We specialise in sourcing Buy to let properties throughout the UK. In particular, we have an appetite for high yielding assets and property portfolios. Customer service is at the heart of our business and is enshrined in everything we do. This stems from decades worth of experience in working with private investors, many of whom still invest with us today. We invest with our heads and not with our hearts and to help us find the best deals available we have a rigorous selection process that we follow every time. Our team now consists of a close-knit group of five seasoned professionals with a fantastic range of experience; from property investment, development, and construction to real estate sales, lettings and management, and also financial services. And we surround ourselves with competent partners and advisers. However, despite this experience, we like to keep our feet firmly on the ground.
