SEG Consulting d.o.o. (SEG) is an energy consultancy company, established in 2005, registered for providing wide range of services to SEE energy markets. We have direct experience providing strategy consulting services to utilities and other organizations within the energy sector. Our expertise combined with our deep knowledge of the utility business allows us to facilitate accurate decision making in business strategy. We are an independent advisor, focusing on its core competence and are free of any potential conflict of interests. SEG’s areas of expertise include: - Project management - Business strategy - Due diligence - Consulting services for project implementation of the SCADA/DMS/OMS system - Analyses of design documentation in hydropower and water resources, thermal energy and energy efficiency, electric power systems and renewable energy sources - Management of tendering process - Management of the procurement activities and technical advice - Support in choice of electricity supplier - Market research. SEG has a number of associated experts, with whom we cooperate on regular basis. We are a multidisciplinary team of experts who have extensive professional experience in the implementation of energy projects. Our associates are mostly engineers with the necessary licenses. Among others, our references include advising Serbian utility EPS during performance of the feasibility study of the TPP Kolubara B project and were responsible for its implementation. Furthermore, SEG is ProCom’s GmbH Sales Agent for SEE Market. BoFiT, the IT platform from ProCom, automates processes and provides with reliable solutions for planning energy generation and trade as well as for controlling and automating the associated processes – for electricity, gas and combined heat and power.
