Seeking Clarity Information

Offering counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, children and young people, using a Transactional Analysis approach. Most people, at some point in their lives question if their life could be better. People can feel overwhelmed and stuck, needing some support to see themselves clearer, to enable them to make changes to have a more positive life. Using a variety of different therapeutic methods my work offers the client the chance to understand why they are behaving, feeling and thinking the way that they do, and gives them the opportunity to make changes.
