SecureTheVillage is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose vision is to make Southern California the cyber-safest metropolitan region in the United States for smaller businesses, nonprofits, families and individuals, while providing education, training, and support to communities throughout the country. We are on a mission to secure 1,000,000 people by 12/31/2027. Our SoCal Cybersecure program - provides community-based learn-by-doing programs for smaller businesses and nonprofits, and for IT service providers / MSPs. - provides "Why. What. How." cybersecurity guides and programs for families and individuals. Through the generosity of financial institutions, wealth managers, retirement communities, and others we are able to offer our seminars and webinars to families and individuals. . We partner with information security leaders in the private and nonprofit sectors together with leading Los Angeles businesses and nonprofits. We collaborate with LA and national cybersecurity subject matter experts, including those in information security, privacy, IT managed services, law, insurance. law enforcement, and others.
