SecureSupply Information

SecureSupply helps Australian Defence industry businesses become tender-ready, security-ready and better positioned to win and deliver work across the Defence supply chain. We support companies seeking to work directly with Defence, subcontract to major primes or contribute further down the supply chain. Many capable businesses are held back not by the quality of their goods or services, but by the complexity of coordinating security obligations across governance, personnel, physical and information and cyber security. SecureSupply brings together Defence supply-chain experience with deep cyber security, architecture and governance expertise. We help clients understand what is required, establish a practical path forward and coordinate the internal and third-party support needed across all Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) domains. Our team brings decades of experience across Defence programs, enterprise security, governance, cyber architecture, risk, assurance and business transformation. We work at executive and operational levels, translating complex obligations into clear actions that support both compliance and commercial outcomes. We aim to build long-term relationships, not deliver one-off reports. With national reach and a presence in New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory, we support organisations across Australia. Contact SecureSupply to discuss an upcoming Defence tender or assurance review.
