SecureAi is an independent security consultancy for organisations looking to scale agentic and Ai solutions We work with businesses rolling out AI assistants and building AI agents, and our job is to establish what those systems can actually reach before they go live. That means assessing the environment, hands on configuration allowing us to find the data exposure AI will amplify, and giving a clear answer on whether a rollout is ready. For agents specifically, we define what each one is allowed to reach, what it can do, and where a person has to approve an action. Identity, permissions, boundaries and audit evidence, agreed before deployment rather than after an incident. Alongside that we handle the underlying data protection work: classification, access control and data loss prevention, configured for an environment where AI can surface anything an employee could technically reach. We work as project engagements and retainers, from the first leadership conversation through to the changes being implemented and tested. We are deliberately small, so the person on the first call is the person doing the work. We are independent. No software resale, no vendor quota.
