Secure Care Information

Secure Care offers a comprehensive domiciliary care service to clients providing help with personal care (including more complex moving and handling i.e.: hoisting), social care, including shopping and outings, basic nursing care, medication, diet and assistance to help to maintain a healthy living environment. All aspects of the Care Package will be discussed with the Client prior to commencement. As well as experienced Managers Secure Care also has fully qualified staff that are friendly and approachable, helping Clients to continue to live at home as safely and as independently as possible. Many of our Clients enjoy the visits as they are able to build a positive relationship with their Carers. We are able to offer high quality care services, for adults and the elderly, people with long term medical conditions, people with physical disabilities, people with dementia and clients needing help with terminal care. Our service works closely with both the NHS and Social Services to provide a 'team approach' with the Client at the centre of care ensuring an enhanced care package which in turn can help to ease any concerns the Client or their families may have. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Secure Care offer various home care alternatives from half-hour visits to 24 hour Live-In Care for Private, Direct Payments or Individual Budgets clients. Our services range from companionship, personal, and rehabilitation through to more complex situations working with other health care professionals to ensure the right level of care is delivered. We strive to provide a high calibre of qualified care staff who all undergo a robust recruitment process where they are CRB checked, have the correct qualifications, experience, and valid references in accordance with the Care Quality Commission regulated standards.
