Securalift AS Information

The Seabrokers Group started their development and investment within safe cargo handling back in 2001. Our vision is to be market leader within solutions creating a safer and more effective operation within all crane operations. In 2004, a partnership between Seabrokers and the Inventor, Ole Molaug was established to get closer to realizing our vision. On this basis, Securalift AS was formed in 2004. In 2010, The Seabrokers Group bought Ole Molaugs shares in the company and is now fully concentrating on pursuing their long lived vision of preventing the danger of accidents happening in crane operations. Securalift has in close cooperation with many of the major oil and rig companies, worked towards developing a product that can prevent lifting and crushing accidents from happening, both on and offshore. The ultimate goal of this cooperation has always been to develop innovative and easily implemented products for standard cranes and products that can easily be operated by crane operators worldwide. The result of this cooperation is so far 3 products that can revolutionize the safety within lifting operations. Securalift was in 2010 awarded the TEKNA Stavanger technology price.
