Before the SEC, Alan was in private practice and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Ellsworth A. Van Graafeiland of the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Alan is a frequent lecturer at professional seminars and is a former adjunct professor at the Georgetown University Law Center.
