SecondNature is the company on Leadership and Tranformation. We are an independent consultancy firm, specialised in initiating and assisting large and complex change processes. SecondNature was established in 1996 and has already completed 500+ assignments for over 200 organisations across the private and public sector. The majority of our clients are large (multi)national organisations. It is our mission to help organisations perform more consciously and sustainably to enhance the welfare of all stakeholders. We help achieve our clients' objectives and increase the potential in the areas of leadership, knowledge, talent and collaboration to help boost and realise trust, engagement and performance. For this, we create a movement which shows it can be done differently. SecondNature's professionals all have at least 15 years professional experience and knowledge gained in the corporate or public sector. Almost without exception, they all have extensive management experience at a senior level. This enables us to safeguard the alignment with the daily practice and to connect academic insights and models with modern pragmatism. In addition, all our professionals share a passionate attitude towards life and work.
