Born out of the acquisition of Ernst & Young’s Advisory Secondments business, Secondments recognises that the key to an organisation’s success lies with its people.We pride ourselves on being market leaders in managing all our clients’ recruitment needs – and also have a successful track record in start-up, green field projects.Following a successful working relationship with Ernst & Young (EY), Siphiwe Dondolo, acquired the global audit and advisory firm’s secondment portfolio.Secondments started trading on 1 April 2015 with the full support of the EY Africa Executive Committee.
