A regenerated RO membrane is not a used membrane that someone rinsed off and dropped into a new box. That is exactly what makes us different. We start only with Tier 1 seawater reverse osmosis membranes, the highest grade of element on the market. We condition each one with a CIP step, regenerate it with our own proprietary chemical process, then test it against ISO specifications. Only elements that pass are shipped. This is engineered regeneration, not a cleaned-up second-hand part. Each regenerated element delivers 85 to 90% of new-membrane rejection and flow, at 30 to 50% less cost. For the many duties that do not need the last few percent of performance, that is a clear win on cost per m³, and a predictable one. Our membranes are used in wastewater treatment and reuse, industrial water, mining, and agriculture. Every regenerated element also keeps roughly 15 kg of plastic and up to 1 tonne of CO₂ equivalent out of the waste stream. We are complementary to the OEMs, not a replacement for them.
