Second Chapter Information

A coaching and leadership development practice improving the effectiveness of managers and leaders through 1:1 coaching and training. I specialise in coaching leaders to do so with greater purpose, self-awareness and authenticity, which enables them to perform at their best and to inspire others to give theirs. The result? Work that feels easier, more purposeful and more impactful. After fourteen years working at London's largest advertising agencies I wanted to redirect my passion for nurturing talent and building high performing teams and start my own business. I haven't looked back and am privileged to work with the inspiring and committed clients whose leadership missions I support every day.
