Seceda Studios Information

Seceda Studios is a Berlin-based production company that creates content and builds the technology to support it. We direct and produce branded content, documentaries, and narrative film. When the tools we needed didn't exist, we built them ourselves. That approach led to SlateHub, a free open-source platform connecting filmmakers, actors, crew, and content creators worldwide. Built on a Rust backend with AI-powered semantic search and LLM integration, SlateHub came out of real problems we ran into on set and in production. It is now used by creative professionals across the industry. We work at the intersection of storytelling and systems thinking. Grounded in craft, but driven by the belief that the best creative companies today are also technology companies — ones that take the tools they use as seriously as the stories they tell.
