A Seatninja Host subscriber can manage their settings, policies and profile in our easy to use web portal, so that when changes occur, they can change how they use Seatninja without having to call or email for assistance or permission. With the policies safely secured in the web portal, a restaurant’s host staff uses the iPad tablet app to follow the policies and provide a restaurant-driven, consistenty superior, guest experience.
