Seashine REAL Property Services, LLC (“RPS”) is a subsidiary of Seashine Financial and is responsible for all licensed real estate activities. RPS is not a traditional real estate company, rather it functions as a facilitator of the REAL (Real Estate Acquisition-Lease) Program and provides Property Management services as required under the Program. The REAL Program is an innovative lease program designed to support financially responsible consumers unable to obtain traditional mortgage financing by getting them into the home they want and enjoy many benefits of homeownership.
