Search365 was built to solve a specific class of problem. Large organisations struggle to access and trust their own information. Knowledge sits across SharePoint, internal systems, document repositories, and operational platforms. In practice, this makes even simple questions slow to answer and difficult to validate. Over time, we worked on these problems in environments where accuracy mattered. Government, financial services, and regulated industries where false positives and false negatives carry real consequences. This included work on multilingual search, entity resolution, and large-scale information discovery across fragmented systems. What became clear is that search was never the full problem. Search is the interface. The underlying challenge is how knowledge is structured, governed, and made accessible across systems. That realisation led to the development of Search Sensei. Search Sensei is a governed knowledge layer that sits across enterprise systems, making information reliable, searchable, and usable. On top of that foundation, organisations can deliver better search experiences, conversational interfaces, and controlled AI capabilities. Search365 now forms part of that broader platform evolution. The work continues, but the framing has changed. The focus is no longer just search. It is the infrastructure that makes search, and AI, actually work.
