Seapower is a private, non-profit association, whose object is Research and Innovation in the area of the Sea, and the Blue Economy, with headquarters in Figueira da Foz and a delegation in Arruda dos Vinhos. SeaPower works closely with the University of Coimbra, among other entities in the Science and Technology system, in order to create innovative solutions and products, and aims to consolidate know-how associated with the Sea. From Figueira da Foz and Arruda dos Vinhos, we develop and produce "Technology for the Blue Economy" with one purpose in mind: "Improve people's quality of life and contribute to the Development of the Blue Economy from Portugal to the world".
