Yes, all of our products are environmentally friendly and safe. Some of the cleaners used are high in PH, but they are not toxic. All necessary precautions are taken to ensure the safety of your home, vegetation and areas located adjacent to the surface being sealed. Will the SealMaxx process work on decks that have already been stained or sealed? Yes, the SealMaxx process will remove most stains and sealants, provided they are not latex or acrylic based and restore your wood back to its natural color. Unfortunately, removing latex or acrylic based products are more difficult and expensive to remove. How do I care for my deck, fence or siding sealed by SealMaxx? Clean the surface periodically with soap & water or a mild deck wash.
