Sea Factor, Crewing Agency, was founded in 1996. The founders are high qualified marine Chief Engineers with a wide seagoing experience. During all the Crewing Company History they put in practice modern business technologies. 1999 Sea Factor becomes a first ISO certified by Bureau Veritas marine agency in Sevastopol, own travel agency starts its work the same time. In early 2000th Sea Factor crewing company becomes a leader in supply of Ukrainian fishing crew. The same time Sea Factor LTD was founded. Starting from 2010 an offshore crew sector develops into one of the large part of crewing activity. After founding Sea Factor team consisted of 4 persons, for today there are 14 employees in Sevastopol and Odessa offices of Sea Factor / Sea Factor LTD. Managers of the crewing agency regularly attempt trainings and maritime conferences, constantly developing their professionalisms in the field of crewing activity. In 2012 Sea Factor LTD crewing company was certified in accordance with MLC (Maritime Labor Convention), this fact confirmed being a one of the modern Crimean crewing agencies serving the interests of its clients. Starting from 1998 Sea Factor crewing agency was a co-owner of the newspaper "Moryak Kryma" (Crimean Seaman), this marine newspaper proved to be one of the best ways of attracting seamen with experience, required to fill current vacancies. In 2012 following the world tendencies Sea Factor crewing company became a general partner of a new unique Internet systemCREWELL giving much more opportunities to fit all the clients requirements. In 2014 Odessa office of crewing company Sea Factor LTD was opened.
