Sea Air of Lee County is a family owned and operated business. Dave Kowalczyk became licensed in the state of Connecticut in 1979 and started Climate Heating & Cooling which he owned and operated with his wife Kathy until 1989 when they decided to move to Cape Coral, Fl. For a majority of the time between 1990 and 1994 he worked in for Lee Memorial in plant operations at the Health Park. In 1992 he became a Florida State Class A licensed air conditioning contractor. He started a part time business, " Dave's Helping Hand" Performing handy man services and air conditioning repair. In 1995 his son Marc Kowalczyk, began vocational school and on the job training with his father. In 1996 they changed the name of the business to Sea Air of Lee County Inc. In 1997 Kathy started working for the Company and in 1998 Marc's Wife Gina Kowalczyk also came on board. They both run the office, take call's and dispatch technician. Marc became a Florida State Class A licensed air conditioning contractor in 2002 and the business has grown steadily over the years. The company's success largely due to the honest reputation and the honest and skilled technicians they have hired.
