Coordinated Power Engineering (CPE) is an electrical engineering firm specializing in services to improve and increase the reliability, safety, and efficiency of new or existing electrical power systems. CPE's specialized services include evaluation of system performance and protection, power quality investigations/studies, analysis of the effect of growth and modification, failure investigations, safety, and system drawing development. Engineers at CPE have experience working with all manufacturers and types of power distribution equipment. They have successfully completed hundreds of engineering analyses for end-users, engineering consultants, equipment manufacturers, and electrical contractors. In addition to specific power system engineering experience, each engineer has hands-on field experience. An on-staff Professional Engineer provides advanced and unique expertise to supplement the engineer's range of capabilities John has his BSEE from the University of Maryland and MSEE from Johns Hopkins University. Mr. Liu has kept up-to-date on industry developments through numerous programs offered by the IEEE. Currently, he has more than 30 years of experience in preparing and evaluating power system studies. Carl has a BSEET from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and is a registered Professional Engineer in D.C, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. Mr. Rager has kept abreast of industry developments through additional course work offered by the IEEE, AVO International, and others.
