SDS Technical Services (Pty) Ltd is a Technical Support company focused on providing services into the SYSPRO community in Africa. SDS was created when a need was seen to create a Consultancy that focussed on the Technical Integration of SYSPRO to its physical Infrastructure Environment and also to provide services associated with the Microsoft Operating Systems and Network Infrastructure. The Company was established by Shaun Brown who has been involved with SYSPRO for more than 10 years and has provided services on all levels of SYSPRO from Front–End Support to Physical Operating System support. Shaun is well recognized in the SYSPRO environment and works very closely with a large number of the SYSPRO VAR’s and also the SYSPRO Independent Resellers. The Company has a number of very diverse Skills to cater for the requirements of the Modern IT environment. These skills and experience associated with it provide SDS with the ability to provide Services that vary from Strategic Level Support to Desktop level Support. SDS is a Technical Support Partner for the SYSPRO Environment. Furthermore SDS is also a Microsoft Registered Partner – Partner ID: 2636851. SDS also is closely associated with various companies thus allowing it to provide WAN and other Infrastructure Services.
