SDS Medical is an independent software development company with extensive knowledge of Value-Based Healthcare (VBHC) and more than 20 years of IT experience in handling big and privacy-sensitive data. In 2014, SDS Medical launched the Medoc software platform, which supports all aspects of Value-Based Healthcare for the care provider and the patient. With the use of the Medoc platform, outcomes can be recorded per patient pathway in a structural and uniform matter for the entire duration of a care process. Measuring of value enables the care provider to continuously learn and to improve the care provided. SDS Medical is constantly working on expanding the number of patient pathways on the basis of international standards such as ICHOM, and national standards.
