SDM Foundation Competitors

Mid-Nebraska Community Foundation was established in 1978 as a non-profit tax-exempt 501(c)3 organization to serve donors and non-profit causes. This Community Foundation primarily serves North Platte and the Nebraska counties of Custer, Dawson, Frontier, Hayes, Keith, Lincoln, Logan, McPherson and Perkins.

The Community Foundation Alliance comprises 9 county Community Foundation affiliates serving counties throughout southwestern Indiana. The Alliance provides each affiliate with management, administrative, and development expertise and services, so every local Foundation can focus on promoting philanthropy, building endowment, and making a difference in their community. Through the establishment of endowed funds created by caring donors to benefit community causes, Alliance affiliates work to improve the quality of life in their counties by distributing a portion of the funds’ earnings to local non-profit organizations, in the form of annual scholarships and grants.

SFIC provides children in need with the opportunity for a quality, values-based education in a safe environment. The Fund provides partial tuition scholarships to economically disadvantaged children attending private and parochial schools within Bergen, Essex, Hudson and Union Counties. Scholarship awards are based upon need without regard to race, religion or ethnicity.
