SDG Finance Initiative Information

SDG Finance Initiative was created to tackle the 17 Sustainable Development Goals through innovative finance. The initiative was launched at the Consulate General of Denmark in New York to engage Danish institutional investors, familiy offices, endowments and sustainability/ESG-focused asset managers. We guide investors around best practices around SDG investing, broker co-investment partnerships, and engage around financial innovation within growing asset classes, such as water and energy efficiency. The initiative was piloted by one of Denmark largest pension funds, also being one of the most progressive SDG investors from the Nordics. We operate on a consulting basis with experts living in Copenhagen and New York. We help investors create a meaningful and tailored SDG investment plan, and support them in engaging in thought leadership within their industry to drive new projects and expand their scope.
