Ken Latham, CPBD, owner of SD & D Designs and Kevin Ambrose, CPBD have achieved the credentials of Certified Professional Building Designer and have over 50 years combined experience in the building industry. Ken has written a structural design examination given nationally by the National Council of Building Designer Certification (NCBDC), and is the past national vice-president of the organization. You can feel comfortable knowing we bring a diverse and up to date knowledge to your project. We attend many hours of educational classes, product seminars and architectural tours, in order to have the information you will need to make important decisions during the design process. We even attend the national homebuilders show each year through out the country to keep up to date with the latest products and ideas. In addition, we are able to utilize a wide variety of design resources from many professional builders, product representatives, and cutting edge technologies in the effort to serve you better.
