The firm has provided financial advisory and investment banking services to firms developing ethanol projects, energy recycling projects, energy conservation projects, and advisory services for public-private partnerships for nuclear waste remediation. The firm has assisted clients in raising equity for “start-up” growth firms and merger and acquisition services for firms seeking to join with other energy firms to better serve the growing energy marketplace.
