We build and fund programs that support scholars across all 16 of South Carolina's technical colleges — and continue supporting them after they transfer to a four-year institution or into the workforce. Our model combines three things: milestone-based incentives paid when students hit real academic benchmarks, one-on-one navigation from a dedicated Student Success Navigator, and secured transfer pathways into partner universities or work-based learning programs across the state.
