The SCTE Foundation invests in the people who power the broadband industry. Through education, mentoring, workforce development, chapter support, STEM initiatives, and disaster relief, the Foundation creates opportunities for broadband professionals to learn, grow, lead, and thrive. Building on a longstanding legacy of giving back, the Foundation is focused on meeting the evolving needs of today’s workforce while helping develop the talent and leadership our industry will need tomorrow. Through grants, scholarships, fellowships, mentoring programs, professional development, and industry partnerships, we help remove barriers to opportunity and connect people with resources that can make a meaningful difference in their careers and communities. Our work is made possible by the generosity and engagement of companies, industry leaders, volunteers, chapters, and individual supporters who believe in investing in people. Together, we’re strengthening the broadband community, expanding opportunity, and helping build the workforce that will keep our industry moving forward.
