Scrum On has a scrum.org Professional Scrum Trainer that will guide customers through the transformation thinking required to really become agile. We have many offerings from public or private courses to workshops or short courses. Consulting - All our customers have unique circumstances when adopting Scrum and agile that are often challenging. Scrum On can offer a variety of services from providing coaching, workshops, reviews, Scrum Master mentoring and general advice. Supporting practices such as Test Driven Development, Story Mapping and application lifecycle management introduced. We also facilitate events and present short talks to introduce new ideas. Assessments – Making an organisational change does have risk and agile is more so due to the ambiguity of what it is. Our assessment framework takes regular snapshots and changes can be seen.
