ScrollEd turns short-form video from a way to lose an hour into a way to learn something. Underneath the product is our ambition: we want a social network that is good for the people inside it. Every feed you open today is tuned to one number, time on platform, and it is very good at hitting it. We think that is the wrong number. ScrollEd is built around what you leave with instead. You should be able to close the app, name the thing you just learned, and feel better for the twenty minutes rather than worse. A feed that takes something from you is not a law of nature. It is a design choice, and it can be made differently. The feed works the way every feed works — swipe up for the next lesson. The difference is the second axis: swipe sideways and the same topic opens into more depth, at whatever level you actually want it. You choose the depth; the feed doesn't choose for you. Every factual claim in a ScrollEd lesson is checked against a cited source before it publishes. If the source doesn't support the claim, the claim doesn't ship. Humans are accountable for what a lesson says, AI does the compiling, and evidence governs what gets published — which means "verified" here means source-supported, not merely confident. We also build this for institutions sitting on content nobody consumes: library databases, patient-education libraries, curricula that have only ever existed on paper. They don't need more content. They need the content they already paid for to actually get used. Two-axis depth navigation, patent pending.
