Property search hasn't changed in 20 years. You scroll a grid of wide-angle photos, book a viewing, and only find out in person what the place is really like. Scroll Home started with our co-founder, John Whittaker. After studying property, from a family with a long history in the space, he joined Foxtons as an estate agent. He watched Instagram and TikTok change how people watch everything, and watched property marketing move to short-form video. But there was still nowhere for buyers and renters to find a home that way. While he was developing the concept, John approached our other co-founder, Ellis Greenhalgh, who has a background in management consultancy and economic advisory work. Ellis led the business plan and the early fundraising that let Scroll Home start building. Scroll Home is a video-first property app. Every home has a full walkthrough you can swipe, save and enquire on in seconds. Set your search once and get a feed built around it. Share homes into a group chat and decide with the people you're moving with. It's free for buyers and renters. Agents, brokers and developers get their homes in front of people in the format they already spend hours on. We've closed our seed round, backed by one of the biggest names in UK property, and we launch our finished product in London in January 2027.
