Screenforms Information

The goal of Screenforms is to create opportunities to use technology to make life healthier and better for community healthcare centres, families, and clinicians. We firmly believe that prevention and early treatment are key to better outcomes. Screenforms has worked with organizations to create a customized online assessment tool for pre-schoolers to detect issues related to speech and language as well as autism and other concerns. This tool feeds directly into the referral networks in their community. The referral networks include doctors, SLP programs, OT/PT programs, and autism programs.
