Screen Nation is a film & television content and event production & marketing group with a focus on amplfying opportunities within the Black British, W. African and African-American media marketplaces. It operates various UK based companies under the Screen Nation banner and is seeking to move much of its work online and into an App. The UK arm Screen Nation Media is recognised by leading British industry brands Film London, BFI, BBC, ITV, Sky, BAFTA and many others as a leader within the black British media sector. Through its not for profit arm Screen Nation Foundation, it has a commitment to celebrating screen excellence within the Black British and global African Diaspora via its two awards platforms, the Screen Nation Film & Television Awards affectionately described as the 'Black BAFTA's' and the Digital is Media Awards.
