Scoutible’s team of scientists from Harvard and Stanford invented the first immersive role-playing game that uncovers the most accurate and unbiased hiring criteria known to exist – cognitive and personality strengths – in just 15 minutes of play. Users are then rewarded for leveraging their newfound strengths in our gamified professional metaverse — built on a foundation of freedom, transparency, and removing the barriers and bias of the physical working world.
