Scott & Co was established in 1992 as a traditional Scottish partnership, providing debt recovery, enforcement (diligence) and citation services. It expanded rapidly through acquisition and organic growth based upon an excellent service reputation, a sophisticated technology platform, technical competence and an extensive network of service offices throughout Scotland. We provide services to central and local government bodies, the legal profession and private sector clients. In 2015 Scott & Co became (along with its associated business, AA Hutton LLP) part of the Marston Group. Marston is the UK’s largest judicial services group, providing integrated court order compliance. The inclusion of Scott & Co within the wider Marston Group has created an organisation with full UK capability and cross border recovery and enforcement benefits for our clients.
