ScommeX is a unique consultancy that explores and embraces a company’s Commercial operation. Founded in 2016 by Ryan Hooker, ScommeX works within corporations offering Sales and Marketing expertise, with the view to drive and execute Commercial change. Ryan with more than + 25 years of commercial management experience, spearheads key areas such as Commercial Strategy, Route-To-Market, Advanced Pricing, Portfolio line up, Advanced Key Accounting and Customer Engagement - Pan Africa. In parallel, he supports People Development and Sales Capability transfer through embedding himself as a valued business partner. In 2024, Donvae joined ScommeX. With a BSc Agric (Horticulture) degree and over 25 years marketing and communication expertise, Donvae has added impact in the Gardening Retail, Agricultural and most recently, in the Biological Industry. Today, ScommeX consists of two passionate professionals, a husband-and-wife team, in different industries, with varied strengths, views and expertise
