Scoil Ursula Information

From September 2007 Scoil Ursula is a fully co-educational school as for the first time there will be boys right up sixth class. Scoil Ursula depends on the grants and teacher resources provided by the Department of Education and Science. Scoil Ursula follows the curricular programmes prescribed by the DES and operates within the regulations laid down by the DES. Scoil Ursula supports the principles of : Inclusiveness, particularly with reference to the enrolment of children with a disability on other special educational needs. Equality with respect to maximum access and participation in the school. Parental choice in relation to choice of school having regard to the characteristic spirit of the school. Respect for the diversity of values, beliefs, traditions, languages and ways of life in society. School Hours :8.50 a.m. - 1.30 p.m. Junior Infants and Senior Infants.8.50 a.m. - 2.30 p.m. 1 st - 6th standards.
