SCOBO™ uses a proprietary, intelligent-algorithm software (“HRE”), to optimize the communication, commerce, and connection between Consumers, Venues, and Suppliers, infuse it with social chatter then deliver real time information, results and insights to all 3 users at a speed and depth that have not been capable before. • Consumers use SCOBO™ Wine and Dine to SEARCH, SHARE, or SOCIALIZE before they BUY. They can either choose to use the “Find It” feature of SCOBO™ to scour the entire internet in seconds for a specific wine or restaurant or use the “SCOBO It™ feature to get recommends from SCOBO™ based on their real-time personal/social profile, which SCOBO™ builds and which the Consumer manages. SCOBO™ Wine and Food becomes a meeting place to search for what they want, share their feedback, socialize with like-minded individuals. • Venues use SCOBO™ Wine and Dine as a sales, marketing and inventory management tool. They can view real-time consumer demand and market their wine and Dine specials directly to Consumers. They can optimize their inventory levels based on actual real-time demand and then purchase efficiently from their suppliers. SCOBO™ allows them to finally communicate efficiently and effectively with their Consumers and Suppliers to optimize their time and profitability. • Suppliers use SCOBO™ Wine and Dine as a sales, marketing and production management tool. By being able to view real-time consumer demand, they are able to optimize their promotions to the Venues and schedule their production more efficiently. They can optimize their pricing based on real-time sales data and even change the destinations of a specific products or timing of certain promotions to match demand and maximize their profits.
