If individuals can ask unbiased experts, especially environmental impact experts, about their own consumption habits - energy choices, travel decisions, how they store their food, whether or not they eat out, should they eat meat - will they inform themselves; be inspired to share what they already know; use that information to make different decisions, feel better? Will knowledge empower even a single person to make a notable difference?
