Sciens Industries Inc. manufactures precision CNC machined components, primarily for the Aerospace, Security & Defence, and Nuclear Energy industries. Some of the companies we currently supply and quote include: Pratt & Whitney, Heroux Devtek, Flying Colours, Stratos Aircraft, DART Aerospace, Rolls-Royce Naval, Rolls-Royce Nuclear, GE Hitachi, and Safran Electronics. We are Controlled Goods, ISO9001:2008, and AS9100c certified. We are build to specification, operate within tight tolerances, and maintain exceptional quality statistics (over 99% average quality acceptance). Some of the Aerospace specific components we have made in the last year include: Nozzles, seals, combustors, rotors, pump motor shafts, fasteners, valves, housings, arbors, fly wheels, mount plates, counterweights, support arms, covers, bezels, slide pin assemblies, actuator rods, floor panels, overlay panels, and seat tracks. Some of the work we typically do for electronic companies includes flat panels for controls, etc., with various cutouts with appropriate mount holes both threaded and clear through for mounting components. We also engrave at each location as per customer specifications like font style, size and spacing. Cover bezels are also included within the scope of our work. Epoxy paint and silk screening at the appropriate locations is available as well. We work with a vast variety of materials, including all 300 series stainless steel, all red metals, a number of super alloys, marine grade steels, composites, and plastics.
