Science Slam Zurich Information

Science Slam is the new form of scientific communication. The challenge lies in presenting one's research project in an entertaining and easily understandable way - in no more than 10 minutes! Young scientists compete and try to impress the audience. All kinds of props and media are allowed and even encouraged. Many slammers underline their statements with creative powerpoint slides while others rock the stage with their musical or poetic abilities. The audience decides who gets to the final round - and after that, who gets to be the next Science Slam Champion - by awarding them with the loudest applause of the night. We accept and support all sciences, topics on technology, engineering... "boring stuff" :P
