A scientific team in faculty of Engineering since 2012 was founded by and managed by Alexandria University students with their passion towards learning, applying and innovating. Science Club is consolidated by 2 branches covering acquiring specialized knowledge and simplifying science for those who carry the same passion The first branch is majored in acquiring knowledge about specialized and general topics in electromechanical, electronics, communication and robotics fields. The second branch is majored in simplifying various science fields as physics, chemistry, ... etc. and delivering them to those who are keen about reading and publishing scientific articles and carrying out practical experiments. Science Club launched a robotics competition since 2013 under the name of "Let's Make a Robot" that hosts teams of various ages, majors and schools to merge them into a long journey through which they pass by the robotics field from mechanical, electrical and programming points of view where they are developed technically and personally and guided to their way to international competitions and career opportunities. National Science Week is a national initiative that is held annually in various regions of Egypt in the second or third week of March which aims to acknowledge the impact of science and technology in our life, advance the awareness about them and simplify these concepts to distinct society segments.
