Schroetlin Custom Homes has been building high quality custom homes in Northern Colorado for more than 45 years! We are small enough custom home builder to give your project the attention it deserves, yet large enough to get the best service and pricing from subcontractors and suppliers. We will act as both your partner and advocate during every phase of design and construction. And while we always keep you informed about important issues as they arise, we also pride ourselves on making the entire process relaxing and enjoyable. Here is a little about each member of our team: - Mike Schroetlin - Mike has been building new homes since 1999 and the Schroetlin family has been building in Northern Colorado since the 1950's. He takes care of project management, client relations, daily operations, estimating and land acquisition. Mike has a bachelor's degree in Business Management. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.
