Our team uses its expertise to support transparency and accountability in the charter school bond market, making it simpler for charter school bond investors to track the progress of their investments. School Improvement Partnership serves bond investors' needs for strong periodic reporting on performance metrics in the unique charter school bond market. With a strong background in both charter school finance and climate and academics, School Improvement Partnership has partnered with bond investors, investment banks and rating agencies in the charter school finance community to develop the industry model for Continuing Disclosure filings by charter school borrowers consistent with SEC Rule 15c2-12 and their continuing disclosure obligations.
