Business of School is a small, ongoing writing project where I share practical insights I’ve learned along the way as a school leader, operator, and builder of education organizations. It’s not a major initiative—just a place for me to document lessons, frameworks, and ideas I wish I’d had earlier in my career, and to contribute a bit to the broader conversation about effective, student-centered schools. My primary focus remains on Method Schools and SmartFox, but this blog gives me an outlet to reflect, write, and occasionally help others navigating similar challenges.
