Since 1992, it has been primarily active in the automotive industry, specializing in the industrialization of complex technical development and ramp-up projects. Some 50 experienced Schnitzer employees work in collaboration with our customers to supply specialist know-how in the project, technology and quality areas that is tailored to the situation. Our team members come from different backgrounds. Nearly all employees have a technical education or a degree in engineering. We are rooted in our trade and have never lost touch with it. Shortened development cycles, new technologies, supplier problems, modified production processes, alternative materials and relocation of tools and systems – all these factors slow down the product creation process (PEP) and require attentiveness. In these bottleneck situations, we provide support continuously or in a "task force" setup – with full deployment worldwide.
