Regarding rolls / rollers and its coating, we ensure a smooth and trouble-free production in your company. In consultation with the customer we deliver the rollers complete and ready to install it, including steel cylinder, shafts, bearings and rubber. The rubber quality can be custom made, so your roller has the perfect coating. We also have some compound with food quality and so you can use them in the food industry. The coating of rollers is also possible with a polyurethane. Polyurethanes are plastics with,-to-rubber equivalent, elastic properties. Polyurethanes have a very good adhesion to metals and a high wear resistance. We only use high quality raw materials in various hardnesses. The mechanical properties of polyurethanes can be found in the tables on our site www.schickendantz.nl. The dimension of a roller we can handle is up to 4,000 mm long and a diameter of 700 mm. We can also make various kinds of moulded products to your specifications.
