Scenario Information

Scenario is the generic name under which I advise and facilitate. Invariably I never know what may reveal itself in any given dialogue session and as the process commences so too do various scenarios unfold. Each scenario holds part of the truth and brings some light to the shadows that can keep people and processes in the dark. Scenes of creative ambition, joy, anger, resentment and reconciliation are all part of the dialogue process. Being mindful of the developing stages in each given scenario requires patience and persistence but above all else it requires your heart to be present to the parties. The work of dialogue can be the work of transformation. My work operates across a spectrum of tensions from emerging to volatile.
